The Provincial Services Academy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (PSA-KP) was established in 2013 to enhance and consolidate capacity development of all Provincial Service cadres. The Academy supports officers throughout their careers by providing training at the time of induction and at every stage of their promotion. In addition, PSA-KP offers regular and specialized capacity-building courses to ensure continuous learning and professional development for improved public service delivery.
