My major initiative the lauching of the Web Portal for training of public servants. The Provincial Service Academy has started working on developing it that would provide online Short Courses or Trainings in various field of interest for the public servants, and later for private sector as well. It is a dynamic initiative where collaboration is required between various agencies involved in the exercise of trainings and capacity building.
