The Provincial Services Academy (PSA) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa conducted the first mandatory professional training program for Executive Engineers (XENs) of the Communication and Works (C&W) Department, KP. The ten-week training was comprehensively designed into eight modules to enhance participants’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and has been made mandatory for the promotion of officers from BPS-18 to BPS-19 in C&W Department.
